Head of Growth
We have over 10,000 paying customers, and we’re looking for a Head of Growth to 10X our user base. Today, our customers find us through a mix of organic, search, affiliate, and paid channels. However, we believe we have significant opportunity to improve our top-of-funnel and accelerate growth. That’s where you come in!

responsibilities
- Drive measurable and meaningful top-of-funnel growth, as measured by new paying subscribers.
- Build a roadmap of experiments to run, in both existing and new channels, and execute on that roadmap with an emphasis on speed and high quality output.
- Test new channels, managing strategy and execution from start-to-finish. If early tests are impactful, bring on contractors or agencies to scale efforts up.
- Meaningfully accelerate ongoing work in paid marketing, SEO, affiliate, conversion-rate optimization and influencer marketing. Set clear goals and make changes to channels as needed.
- Conduct quantitative research efforts where needed to answer specific growth questions (e.g. what typifies users that retain extremely well?). Drafting project requirements and specifications, auditing and collecting data (with help from engineering team or by using an analytics tool), running calculations in Google sheets or using SQL, and sharing findings in an easy-to-digest format.
- Work with agencies and contractors as needed, handling recruiting, management, negotiation and communication.
- Report learnings internally to the founders and team on a regular basis.
